Domaine Pterion: Vineyard & Winery invites you to visit for wine tastings on location.

OPEN PUBLIC HOURS

Come for wine tasting open hours Friday through Sunday. Enjoy samplings of our wines grown on property, all while relaxing in our atmospheric tasting lounge or outdoor patio with beautiful views of the property.

We offer a variety of food pairings to go along with our wines. We would appreciate it if you would please not bring outside food.

​

Supervised children and well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome.

Grapes

OUR WINES

Domaine Pterion specializes in dry European style wines. We grow seven noble varietals, which are nurtured and hand-harvested from our carefully tended vineyards. They are fermented, aged, and bottled on-site at our state-of- the-art winery.

Pinot Noir

World famous Burgundian light-bodied red, barreled in French and Hungarian oak with a bright acidity and delicate tannins. Hints of cherry, raspberry, vanilla, and spice.

Cabernet Franc

Barreled in 60% French, 20% Hungarian, and 20% American oak, this Loire Valley favorite has notes of blackberry jam, black pepper, spice, and vanilla. Rich tannins, full-bodied, and lingers on the palate with a smooth finish.

Viognier

The Rhône Valley varietal in a light-bodied, crip acidic wine with notes of honeysuckle, mango, peach, and a hint of rose petal.

Riesling

A nobel German varietal with notes of honey, jasmine, and green apple.

Chardonnay

Barreled in acacia, French, and Hungarian oak, showing hints of pineapple, spice, and vanilla with a creamy, buttery finish.

Sauvignon Blanc

Light body and high acidity with notes of green grass, herbs, citrus, and white peach.

Cabernet Franc Rosé

Off-dry, medium acidity in a refreshing, light-bodied, beautiful pink blush. Hints of cherry, blackberry, and white pepper.
